• Payment information: for prepaid orders, payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank account details — only the payment status and a transaction reference.
• Usage data: pages visited, products viewed, and interactions such as add-to-cart or checkout events, collected through our own analytics and, where enabled, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel.
• Device and browser information: collected automatically when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, and device type — used for security, fraud prevention, and to understand how the Site is used.
• Information from third parties: payment confirmation from Razorpay, delivery status from our logistics partners, and aggregated usage data from analytics providers.

Your mobile number, saved address, and order history are stored securely in our database. On the device you use to browse the Site, some of the same information (such as your login session, cart, and address) is also kept in your browser's local storage so the Site continues to work if our server is temporarily unreachable, and so you don't have to re-enter details on every visit.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Payment processors (Razorpay), to complete prepaid transactions.
• SMS/OTP providers (Twilio), to send verification codes to your mobile number.
• Delivery and logistics partners, to deliver your order and process returns/exchanges.

• Business transfers: if SleepUp is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We use browser local storage and, where configured, the Meta Pixel to remember your cart, login session, and to measure how visitors use the Site. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data, though this will also log you out and empty your cart.

We retain order and customer records for as long as needed to fulfil warranty obligations (up to 15 years, per our warranty terms), resolve disputes, and meet accounting and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to these obligations.

Product reviews, ratings, or other content you choose to post publicly on the Site may be visible to other visitors and are not covered by this Privacy Policy's protections for personal information. Please avoid including personal or sensitive details in anything you post publicly.
